She holds a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy from Amity University, where she not only excelled academically but also completed intensive hands-on training with the Sports Authority of India, emerging as the top student in her class. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from GGSIPU and has accumulated valuable experience working across various hospitals and healthcare settings.

Dr. Goel’s professional journey includes esteemed associations with the Badminton Association of India and the Boxing Federation of India, where she has had the privilege of treating top-tier Indian athletes in sports such as squash, badminton, boxing, gymnastics, cycling, and tennis. Her clinical expertise spans across multiple domains, with advanced certifications in manual therapy, dry needling from South Africa, kinesiology taping from the USA, and dynamic taping from Australia.

Her practice is firmly grounded in evidence-based methodologies, and she is deeply committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
